PODS, Inc. is a consulting firm begun by Patricia Beier. PODS, Inc. has extensive experience in all areas of non-profit management and organizational and community capacity building with a special expertise in Head Start, Community Action and Limited Purpose Agencies. PODS, Inc. has developed and delivered consultative services for faith-based non-profits, community action agencies, school systems, public entities and other non-profits throughout the southeastern United States. This includes but is not limited to: Community Assessment development, Governance training, Strategic Planning, Organizational Readiness and Capacity Inventories, Self-Assessment Engagement and Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Training.
